Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

What happens if my order never arrives?

How do I track my order?

Return & Refunds
What is the return window?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached
What is the return policy at Lanvu London?
Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including tags. Shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility. These range from £15-£25.
Defective or Incorrect Items Received: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact our customer service within 48 hours for instructions. Lanvu London will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a refund.
Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
Cancellation After Order: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the processing of your order begins, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

How long does it take to process a return and refund?

Refund Processing: 10 days after approval.
