Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the processing of your order begins, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please reach out to us promptly after placing your order at contact@lanvulondon.co.uk.
For Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, Lanvu London will cover the cost of return shipping.
For Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which typically range from £15–£25. Restocking fee is free.
Wrong Item or Incorrect Size?
If you received an incorrect item or size, we’ll send the correct item to you free of charge!
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 10 days of receiving the return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return products within 30 days. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.
- The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
- Returned items must not show any signs of use.
Please note: If the returned items fail to meet these criteria, we will not process the return. We reserve the right to decline returns if the items appear used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
Tracking Your Return
Ensure your return shipment includes a tracking code. Without proof of delivery and tracking, lost returns cannot be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. Upon receiving your return, we will confirm receipt via email. Refunds for the purchase amount will be issued within a few days after the return has been processed.
